To support our sustainability practices we do not accept returns. This includes gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos of defective or damaged items must be sent to info@apothekedujardin.com with your request prior to issuing store credit or replacements. Store credits or replacements will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Please note that if items are melted due to warm weather they will not be considered damaged or defective and will not be considered for replacement or store credit refund unless the product leaked and proof is supplied. Care instructions for melted items are included with online orders and/or are on the product listing.
Refunds/Store Credit
Refunds will be issued as store credit in the amount of the purchase plus tax. Shipping will not be refunded/credited. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item if claimed defective or damaged, and let you know if the refund in the form of store credit will be approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be given store credit.
