SESSION TYPES:
initial 1-on-1 coaching session: You will meet face to face to discuss lifestyle, motivation, long & short term SMART goal setting, appropriate referrals, & receive a supportive, judgement free, & supportive coach to assist you in navigating life!
follow up 1-on-1 coaching session: Follow up sessions are designed to maintain accountability for changes & choices discussed in the initial session, go over set goals, progression, & new goal setting, & other items that come up.
grocery shopping assistance: Ellie will meet you at your favorite place to shop for groceries (within 30 miles of 21719) & help you navigate the grocery aisles! She will help you find healthier swaps to maximize nutrition and avoid poisons in your food!
pantry/kitchen organization: Switching to a cleaner lifestyle but don't know what to do or financially overwhelmed? Your kitchen is a great place to start! From water purifiers & cookware to food storage & utensils, Ellie can help you find nontoxic swaps that are better for you and the environment! This session includes an Apotheke DuJardin gift set to get you started!
full home nontoxic cleaning swap session: Ready to dive into clean living and never look back? If you're sick of all the toxins in your home & ready to say "the heck with it all!" Ellie can come do a full sweep of your home & help you swap out your conventional cleaners, detergents, tooth paste, clothing, bedding, and more! This session includes an Apotheke DuJardin Crunchy Home Starter Set!

*These are intended for in-person sessions. 1-on-1 session clients must be able to attend sessions at our retail location on Fort Ritchie in Cascade, MD. Our address is 14362 Reckord Ave, Fort Ritchie, MD 21719. Please ensure you can travel to our location prior to booking. All other sessions must be located within 30 miles of 21719. Please ensure your home or grocery store are located within 30 miles of 21719 prior to booking.
