This delicious blend of organic herbs may provide support for various cold and flu symptoms.

Lemon balm (melissa officinalis) supports colds and flu by encouraging the body to sweat it off and can soothe sore throats when gargled with honey.

Peppermint (mentha xpiperita) is an analgesic and antispasmodic, supports coughs and aches from flu, and improves the flavor.

Chamomile german (matricaria recutita) supports nasal mucosa inflammation and aids relaxation.

Mullein (verbascum thapsus) contains antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, demulcent, antispasmodic, and expectorant supportive properties.

Plantain (plantago major) contains demulcent, expectorant, anti-inflammatory, and blood-cleansing supportive properties.

Steep (1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for children and infants) (1 teaspoon for adults) in 1 cup of hot water for 5-10 minutes. For children, let cool and serve with honey (no honey for infants less than 1-year-old).
