apply desired amount into hands and massage wherever needed. showering after massage is not necessary- this oil moisturizes & nourishes the skin without a greasy residue. do not use in the first trimester of pregnancy or with children under 4 years of age. use caution if you have epilepsy or asthma. do not apply to broken skin or open wounds.
